Are you making all your parts by hand, from scratch? Or are you modifing existing armor?

All the parts shown so far are just two short steps away from real copper plating. Like vulpa. I still have a few more left to do and modify the shoulders to have the scalloping included and attached.

The real one has a rosco 029 gel and a frost diffusion paper that's very dense.
