Since the helmets were all done free hand the measurements are different helmet to helmet. The parts you have is the best guild you have, and need. If you have any doubts on the cuts I would under cut, then trim down as needed.

I have my screen used one right here (actually just sitting on my night stand in the bedroom). Sorry I've been out of touch. Tell me what you need and I'll get it for you. But I also agree that the trimming was a bit off from one centurion to the next, especially for the neck opening. The face was usually pretty uniform, from what I've seen.

The parts you have in hand, and the measurements I have supplied is all that you will need. Since all the helmets were hand made in the assembly process each one has a unique size. No two are alike.

Sorry for the hijack but I could really use this type of grill for my 3rd helmet build. Can anybody point me in the direction on where to get one just like this? Thanks!
