While watching it, I realized another "Black Hole" easter egg...
At a shelf in Sam's room, you can see a figure of Old B.O.B. in the background:

Judging by that, it seems they really want to remake or continue "The Black Hole"...
I just saw this last week. [Still paid for a 3-D ticket]. It was pretty good. I liked that they only used 3-D in the "grid" and not in real life. Reminded me of the original Wizard of Oz where real life was black and white and Oz was in color. Anyway I thought the story line was bit too predictable but the visuals were stunning and really well done. I wish they kept more of the original story line intact with the CEO of the company trapping Flynn in the grid etc. Need to watch the original again. And where the F*** was tron in the whole movie? Hello? It's called TRON. That's just me venting.Cylon-Knight wrote:They did look a lot a like. You're right.trooper18938 wrote:IMAX 3d definatly - going this weekend!!! look like Maximillian from the Black Hole?
I saw it in RealD 3-D, awesome. There is a lot of the movie in 2-D and they state that at the start, it was how they planned it. I think that's great - only use 3-D when it counts, not just to have it as a gimmick so you will buy a more expensive ticket for nothing. Tron did it RIGHT!
I know - I'm just being picky. But if the title character of other movies just hid behind a mask and did nothing for most of the film there would be a lot of complaining. If only they would ask me first....Cylon-Knight wrote:But it's called Tron: Legacy ... so what happed after Tron.
AND! Tron was in it the entire time... near the end you see how.
