Okay I lied... I will post my plan tonight still. Measurements are in "cm". This is what I believe would be basic measurements for the vacu-form tooling. I do not have the "c" axis measurements yet but I'll probably just make that up when I make the tool... you know, what feels right. Anybody find anything way off?

That look good to me! Looking forward to what you find at the electronics store! You ever get people making weird faces at you when ya buy stuff for things like this? Like things we are obviously not using for their intended purpose? Sometimes the guys at home depot think im nuts i think LOL! Anywho, looking forward to your progression!

Nice work! I could ask my pal to take some precise measurements if you like...
As for the painting: I'd rather use a dull gold instead of chrome.

If you want off the wall, and cheap electronic parts and pieces there is a place here in Sac (our home town) near Madison, and Auburn. Sorry I don't recall the the name it changed recently after a 35-40 year same name. Really cool over goods bulk purchase store.

Thanks for a ll the tips and tricks. Measurements would be awesome... at least to know if I'm in the right ball park.
@Dale - perhaps a cylon bits scouting trip is in order
@Darth - There is a reason I never ask for help at hardware stores

Crap - I'm busy all Saturday. Perhaps I'll just nose around first and see if we as a group can ID some parts first.

Those might have been used again in an other Buck episode. One episode have two robots. I don't recall the episode, but I have the back side of the mask that was used.

Dale - you have the blue part??? I'm so intrigued as to what it is. It seems rubber or foam to me.

This isn't the episode that had the back that I am speaking about. The piece is a hard vac formed plastic, that was done on the fly because it is very poorly done. Made for a woman, or a guy with a small head.

Good work Red Eye! I'll look at my DVDs tongiht to see if they may have a sharper image... not sure what would be different from US to German set, but we'll find out. Thanks for the heads up on what show to get the pics from. We'll get the Citizens in shape yet

My pleasure!
Thanks for checking the episodes from your DVD set again.
The image quality of the german set is not the best as I said.
In some cases it looks like they've used the master of some old VHS cassettes...
