I got the sheath in a lot of prop items, so there wasn't a specific price on it. It was already chromed in silver (very shiny). Now, I just need to find a decent sword. I can post pics when I dig the thing out from storage.

Very nice pictures, thanks for taking the time to post these.

Looks like there is a screw hole in the back.

Can anyone supply any pics/description of the strap arrangement that was used to secure this to the belt?

Yes, there is a hole on the back side of the sheath.
