C-K, I am seriously thinking of going your route for the belt. And it would save a few cubits in the process, too.

I can put you in contact with John (aka skullbeast). He did mine and it is AMAZING! There are pictures of it somewhere on the forum (under the builders section I think)..

I kinda got the impression that Skullbeast was busy these days? Does his belt function as a battery pack?

Ok, I really need to find one of these. I've been searching consistently online for nearly a year now with no luck. Anyone have a secret stash they're sitting on? Or even an extra that they're saving for a rainy day? I'd pay top dollar for it.

I found one once, but it took me 2 years. It was only a 6 cell and not the standard 7 cell. There seemed to be a run on them right after that. I heard of 3 people finding, and buy them in a 1 year period. The ups and downs of buying, and selling on eBay. Sorry no other insight.

I figured. As soon as I build one I'll find one, I bet.

I'd like one also... Nothing like an original classic found object belt!

SkullBeast made a few. Maybe send him a message, and ask if he can make a few more. They were a shell only, but 1:1 to the original.
