How/where did you find "proper width" and for what part exactly? The top/back side where the measuring tape (in your photo) is?

Yes, I measured a screen used pack. And compared the two in person (Cora and screen used) I had to dramatically cut it. Along the top and down the sides.

Lookin great. nice blocking. from the pics cant see if there is any detail. how detailed are you going to make it. screen accurate or beautiful skin texture?
