The guy did helmets like this in the past he said. He said this one here had the best success so far. Prefect. No flaws. $350 on fiberglass.

That does look the nuts.
I noticed the whole lid is chromed, how do you intend to paint the black bits? Could the chromer not have just left the sections undone?

enamel, They will charge more to mask. Strength is why I did it this way.
