Don't know if it helps, but the robes were made of brown and gold lam

sanded down the sides and splashed some blue on the head. This weekend I hope to make fabricate the missing greeblies and start molding so I can get one of these out the door!

What color would you use for the blinking eyes? White or yellow?

It's hard to see what color they're made of in the episode but it's my guess they're white...

Cool find. I might ask my seamstress and see if she is interested in making the robe. It seem pretty simple so I would imaging that it could be kept under $200 for materials and labor (no profit for me). With a mask at $130 this would be a pretty cool cheap costume for strating Cylons.

Thanks for the comments so far. I used Rust-o-leum paint which normally I dont care for but the "sail blue" really nice (used for my Jango Fett as well).

I'm going with white for the eyes. I assume the yellow is due to camera and the reflection of the gold paint.

I'm glad I could help with the link for the fabric. I'm not sure if they will continuously carry the orange lame or not. Sometimes I think I've found a source for a particular costume fabric only to find out later they sold out and won't be carrying it anymore. That happened with some nice orange nylon I was going to use to make a snow speeder pilot jacket for a client... I'd suggest if anyone is ready or near ready to make this, go ahead and get the fabric now, just in case. You never know.

Good day for me! I used a simple LED hobby set to make the alternating lights for the 'eyes' It worked out very well. I finally figured out how to solder. So now I'm positive to offer these masks with the correct alternating and adjustable brow lights. I made them white lights but I'm half thinking that yellow would look just as cool.

I'll post a video when I have a complete mask made up. I'm waiting to make a few parts and mold them so I imagine it will be a week or so before I have another update.
