Nice. The tape sorta make him look like a crash test dummy :) lol

Great start. Can't wait to see the eye go in.
You plan to paint or have it chromed?

Hello everyone,

Not sure on the finish just yet, have a couple ideas.

Question, When I set the helmet together using the mohawk for the top and I use the horseshoe thing for the mouth, The visor doesn't seem to want to fit. Did I do something wrong there?

Hello everyone,

Does anyone have a pic of the inside of the mouth grill. I need to see how the bottom edge looks.

If so here is a pic I made awhile ago...

The pic is from my thread on my build. Be sure to read every juicy post in my thread Building my Cylon-Knight - lots of good info (and lots of NOT info )

Now it might be a tad late to give some insight suggestion about the mouth grill. If you plan of chroming the helmet hold off gluing the grill in till it is finished be chromed. It is just easier for you, and the chromer if the grill isn't in position, and is just as easy to drop in place once the helmet is chromed out.

Hello everyone,

The mouth grill will be attached after the helmet has been finished. Still looking into the finish, chroming is a bit pricey, so I may not do that. I have been talking to a friend about painting it. He wants me to go with canary yellow, with orange accents, like the brow  . but I am thinking of a dark red color, vary high gloss. will look black at night and a almost blackish red during the day.
