Yeah this is back in the day when the ex at Universal let the people that work at the studio bough the costumes to help promote the shows they came from What a rough job that would have been to be a party animal back in the day. Now what you have done walking down the street and saw this. Oh yeah I would have been in heaven.

These aren't replica items. These are all screen used items.

Are you sure? The whole costume looks a bit odd to me...

Don't get me wrong, it surely looks great but I rather think it's a replica...

I know one of the guys that worked at the studio back then that is in a Warrior costume. He said it was a studio costume, except the boots were his. I am going to see him this weekend, and find out the real deal story on this 100%, but the Cylon suit is a real one or a replica of a screen used. Maybe that is the story since these vintage items weren't so vintage back then, and the material was easy to find. The Imperious Leader is a replica it is a cast out of the original mold.

I picked up about 60 new photos the other day. I am trying to figure out what to do with them. I want to stop posting photos in the current gallery and get my massive gallery back up that has 10,000 photos, but there is a problem getting the gallery configured. So till the old gallery is up a lot of photos are remaining in limbo.

Perhaps you could send me a few showing the Leader? *Hint hint*

OK I met up with my friend that took these photos yesterday. He told me the photos taken before 1982 were replica costumes, but after that they were screen used costumes. The Imperious Leader is a replica. Good eye Red Eye. He didn't know who made Imperious Leader costume, and he never saw it again after that.

A pity... it looks pretty good for its time...

Send me the pics and I'll sort them into the rest. I am sorting the gallery and will post them when it it is all in order. Order to from chaos is taking time Removing duplicates and putting them into clear cut groupings.

due to being AFK from home most of the year and workin ALL THE TIME!!!!.
