It was worn over the actors' shoulders with the fake IL-head on top.
Any photos or insights are well appreciated!

Aren't there a few shots where an IL series cylon moved or waved his arms around a little? I thought there was, and if so, it is unlikely that the wearer would be holding the head/shoulders on a rod. It would probably be less tiresome to wear some sort of head/shoulder harness. I did something along these lines, myself, for my daughter's costume last Halloween (Headless Horseman).Cylon-Knight wrote:I wonder if the ILs were more of a shoulder pads and a head on a stick. I think it would be better for Felix to have just stood under a robe holding a stick... much like holding an umbrella over your head. I'd rather do that than wear some elaborate harness / head gear deal with the weight on my head or shoulders. Just guessing.
Hummmm
Great question Red Eye! If anyone owned the original head maybe it would yield some clues. Guess we'll never know.
