Turns out its cast in urethane. Looks like a glass layup but nope.

What are the emblems? The ear pieces, and the Eagle on the forehead?

So this thing is made of foam? I wonder if they made this one for the scene in "Murder on the Rising Star" where Starbuck throttles down on the Viper and throws his helmet off?

I'm thinking it was probably one of the few that are shown against a back wall during Blue Squadron "locker room" scenes.

It could have also been one they used in the Battle of Galactica. They swiped the screen use stuff when production shut down, and those guys were tough on those helmets.
