Greetings everyone. Just joined and loving the site already. I am from PA., and collect just about any SciFi. For hobbies I collect DVDs, and build model kits, of course sci-Fi ones!

Currently building a 1/6 scale NuGalactica Cylon Centurion, with moving eye, and after that, I'll tackle lighting and building my 1/350 scale TOS Enterprise. Also have a NuGalactica in the wings and 3 classes of Vipers to build. Gotta keep occupied indoors during chilly wintertime.

Well, hope to chat with you on the posts, and great to be here. :cylon:

Welcome Scorp. Post a few pic of your builds, and the Cylon in progress if you don't mind.

Hi again ;)

Wow a 1/350 TOS Enterprise!? Too cool. I have been slobbering all over the 1/350 Retrofit Enterprise and plotting to get one. Have you made or thought of doing one?

Funny you should ask Knight. I have the 350 Refit in my stash, and am putting it up for sale. I need to do so to make room for the TOS Enterprise. I started the refit, but all I built and detailed was the rec room at the rear of the bridge section, the arbouretum, and the shuttle bay. Other than those 3 pieces, the rest of the kit is untouched. I scratch built a shuttlebay lift, and put small sculptured railroad type trees and shrubs in the rec room and arbouretum. I LOVE detailing my kits.

As for my Trooper Helmet, here's a picture of the completed kit. I think it came out really nice. Thanks for asking, and see ya round the boards.

Sincerely,
Scorp. :byyourcommand:
