So, fresh from shamefacedly realizing that I had been looking on the wrong track of the DVD for six months for the necessary sound clip, I have integrated Baltar's two words into the soundtrack of Living Legend Part 1. Because the music was all different in Part 2, I had to grab that from the Intrada CD. I also stuck in as much of the Cylon's close-up as I could without ruining the adjacent shots.

Audio and video quality (and synchronization) could have been much better if I had used the DVD as the source for the context, but my larger project was a modification of Thistle Hill Media's reconstruction, which was made from an inferior original source. Anyway, here's the result, never before heard in this form:

One thing I perhaps should have done was reduce the low-end fidelity on the DVD audio, because the change is a bit noticeable.

Nicely done, but I think if you get the DVD release of Mission Galactica: The Cylon Attack it is in the uncut format.

All my sources say Mission Galactica does not have the audible "Not now."

His comment "Not Now" is so low that in a retake that might have been used in the re-edit might have been lost. Like in the Sage of a Star World TV release over the theatrical after Starbuck crash lands in the Galactica landing bay as he jumps of the Viper and tosses the helmet to the landing bay crew he says "Makes sure to give it a good wash fellas" or something like that you can't hear in the TV ABC Broadcast version. I'll dig up my copy of the Mission Galactica DVD and see if I can hear it. Sorry I have no way of capturing the video or audio unless I record with a camera.

Just checked "Mission Galactica".

No "not now" in there. He can be seen mouthing the words again without any dialogue, just like at the end of "Living Legend, Part 1".

For episode 2 they used a different take of the Cylon's "Sir, if I may" where he said it quickly enough not to step on Baltar's line.
