Oh my... even more awesomeness!
Perhaps you could help / advise Dale of how to construct his cockpit canopy for his full-sized Viper he's building right now...
Can't wait to see more of this exciting project so rock on, my friend.

a few more photos of the canopy under construction.
Dales series one full size viper canopy should be easier to construct as its smaller than the canopy on the 2 seater version used on starbucks escape pod.

Very very cool. Do you plan on making the entire pod with the engine intakes, or just the canopy, and seat section?

it will have the front of the air intakes which will be detachable, 2 seats and the big cylinder thing at the front.
I will probably make the slats on the bottom half of the pod a little neater than the original though.

Coming along real nice. I love the minor detail clean up in the cockpit frame you have done also. Are you cutting, and welding the parts yourself? What type of metal composite for canopy.

the canopy is taking shape but it still needs more work. its made up of dozens of pieces of steel. fortunately I am able to cut most of the steel at work but I am welding it at home.
