Hi everyone!

I'm posting because I recall when I was a little kid in 1979 Manhattan that I went to some sort of premiere for the Battlestar Galactica movie and that there were Cylon warriors just outside the theater with their red eye flashing from side to side. Does anyone else remember this? Have I imagined it? Any clarification would be greatly appreciated.
