Hi guys I will start off on saying what a fantastic forum so much good info.
This is my first tiny step on becoming a cylon. Got my self some screen accurate cooper 28 (no ridge knuckles) not to sure on the bestway to get them nice black like the originals. Was thinking on using primer for plastic and then spraying them with some matt black paint is this a good way or is there a better way any tips or advise is very welcome.

Glad you are enjoying the forum. There are sooo many talented Cylons here. Glad you're joining the fun.

My advice will be leather dye all over, and then paint on the sections shown below to ensure everything turns out nice and black. There is a mesh that the dye can't quite coat fully.

Check out my build thread for way more info and photos than anyone should ever babble on about. ;) *oops* lol

Can't wait to see your build start. Post up photos! As everyone knows, I love photos.

Did you read my how to cut Cooper Gloves tutorial? I think it's buried in my thread too.

So my old stoormtrooper will become a sandtrooper but before that my cylon first. I will keep on posting when I get some pictures. :cylon:
