Has anyone seen this fan-made series revisiting the original Star Trek? It's quite professionally done, really the top of the fan-film heap.

They're aiming for a February release of their next episode, which will be shooting this fall. They'll also be having a second Kickstarter campaign this fall to raise funds for three more episodes.

Trek Continues, Inc., has been given nonprofit status by the IRS effective December 31, 2014.

There's a fundraiser currently underway, "To Boldly Indiegogo," to make 3 to 4 further episodes of Star Trek Continues.
Contributions are tax-deductible in the United States since Trek Continues, Inc., has been recognized as a 501(c)(3) charity by the IRS.
