need help with vinyl decals

I'm starting up some production on Cylon armor again but I have a few road blocks. One is creating vinyl decals from my existing Photoshop documents. I realize I need vector graphics to get them cut properly but I'm not the greatest with illustrator or the like. I offered up the files free for use by anybody who wants them but is there anybody who can help me out with the files and cutting - or at very least point me in the right direction?

Here is a jpeg of the sticker sheet. Notice the "mistakes' - all intentional.

Oh wow!! Awesome. Many thanks! I got oddly sidetracked this week and just saw the thread today (Sunday) Awesome work and many thanks. It's funny how small details like this can hold up production a lot.
