Boot question...

I'm keeping an eye out on Ebay for boots
However, most seam to have a seam that goes up the front. From what I can see from the ref. pics, the original costumes didn't have a seam on the front of the boots. Am I reading too much into this?

You are correct. There is no seam up the middle of the boot. From what I understand, it is not too difficult to find the right boot online.

It isn't. Just look for lineman boots made by Georgia.
