Working with some Aluminum and other things to try and make a metal Cylon sword for my best Bro.

Thanks. Lot's of work left to do. It will have a sheeth as well. and still haven't quite figured out how to make a metal pommel. If anyone happens to drop In that does aluminum casting or thinks a pommel could be machined. Would very much like to open communications

Getting closer
Have to shape the bottom of the pommel cut off the remainder of the top and add trenches
