Cylon Undersuit by paarexcellence

If you are considering a screen accurate Cylon undersuit as others have said on here you can't go wrong with the undersuit made by paarexcellence. Cordula is a seamstress in Germany and my order is her 9th suit she's made so far. It is expensive but when you see the degree of craftsmanship put in you'll see why. It's certainly not for everyones budget but for those seeking screen accuracy this is the way to go.
She starts off making a simple fabric undersuit that she'll send you to try on and take pictures of to get the fit right. From there she'll make the suit. I have a few fit issues with the final suit but returned the piece to her and she adjusted it. Incredible customer service. I first contract her on March 20th for the suit and had it on May 4th. The adjustments made took less than a week and I received the final suit on June 17th.
Here is the final suit, I have my upgrade boots on that still need to be painted.

And the crazy Cylon Centurion woman behind this...

The nylon suit is a stretchy fabric, the patches are a latex material sewn on over a neoprene backer and sewn to the undersuit. I need to add velcro for my shoulder armour and adjust the hooks for the mesh skirt lower as they were placed too high. I may get the neck taken in as its bit loose fitting.
Next Cylon outing i'll be wearing this and update with fully dressed photos.
