Starting an IL build got questions

Starting a build and need to get it done by March. Some questions.
- Any closeups of the Red robe. I will be bulding one from scratch and it looks like it was double pleated.
Anyone know of the manaquin head they used?
Any info on the tubing in the head?
Any info on the support structure?
Any info on the LED Eyes?

I am getting there any ideas on the tubing or how it was mounted on sila's shoulders/head?

The light tube was just stuffed into place. Nothing special.
