OK I just picked this up last week, and thought I would see if anyone can ID this for me. Yeah I know what it is, but it to see what the real fans can tell me. No prize given, but if you can tell me what it is, what episode it was used in?

You're very lucky that you've found this!
It's one of the ID-plates used for the Landrams in "Saga of a Star World".
Chris owns the plate with the number 2 on it as you can see here:

Nice guess Grass Hopper but there is 1 other episode 4 appeared in. Can you name that episode.

It is in the shop. It has a flat tire, so dumb Cylon was trying to shot a Warrior and missed, but took out the track instead.
