I had to go with Richard Hatch - The Second Coming.
But that had other Classic stars/characters too....??? I'm not sure at all.

OK I guess I need to sound off a bit on this. It isn't a 2 second walk by of a Cylon from the A-Team, but what a score that was that I did forget about so yes your correct, but that isn't the person of movie I had in mind.
Here is a hint.
The Cylon's were in a movie that was remake of a old spy like TV show from the 60's

Well you tip your hand and showed off the correct movie, but I don't think I saw you mention WHO is the original Galactica crew member that is in this movie.

AH HA! I've found it - Sarah Rush....
HOWEVER!!!
Check again GoldCylon - there was a SECOND classic BSG alum in that same film!!!!!! Our very own Imperious Leader, the late, Mr. Dick Durock.

Dick must have been playing as a stunt double, but I saw Sarah in the credits as I was watching the movie the other day, not via IMDB or anything like that.
