 Icons Replicas BSG Cylon Centurion Helmet 01100 viewsFor making the helmet, the Icons staff got rare access to an original screen-used Centurion costume to create licensed 1:1 scale replicas. The finished product would have featured an electronic roving eye scanner and a sound effects chip that was motion controlled, so the scanner would turn on and a voice would say "By Your Command". In all, only 5 of these helmet prototypes were ever produced at Icons and only 3 of them were chrome-plated.

The Viper itself was molded directly from collector Fuller French's screen-used Viper filming miniature to get this very accurate 1:1 scale replica.
