I never thought it was a Battlestar specifically because Starbuck and Apollo comment on the fact that the crashed ship is "ALMOST as big as a battlestar".

Excellent find (the pics) and info. Iblis was indeed (the devil)'the prince of darkness'.
Humerous that someone thought the left pic was a Bolray, when they look more like pigs, to me.
The post that you made Red Eye is awesome! Great work by David there. I reposted it on the 'favorite episode' thread because someone said they wished that they would have shown us what was in the ship.
It's also interesting that Iblis' voice IS the voice of the Cylon Imperious Leader, he obviously played a part in what happened when the original Cylon people were 'overcome by their own technology'.

I agree Starbuck - he was tangled up in the robotic Cylons' early history. If only Battlestar got a season two, the Count may have been back and more of his back story would have been fleshed out.
