I am down for some serious work now. 1000 ft of wire and 2 large bags of glue sticks. Bring on the foam.

All of the pieces except the head section are trimmed with wire. All four edges are trimmed with wire. I'll need about 2-5 bags of glue sticks. I bought what they had.
Here is the bottom section of one piece showing the trim, and then if I flipped it over you would see 2 more pair of wire trim.
