Scan from local 1978 paper

I took a visit to the main library, and loaded the micro film machine with the Sacramento Bee a local news paper. I loaded the September 17th 1978 edition, and found this image. The built in scanner to the micro film machine is poor quality at best, but never the less here is the Jc Penny ad in the paper that day.
