...and so unexpected!
Hopefully the quality would be as great as the "Saga" blu-ray...

Re: German Blu-ray set of BG & G80
This is a shock!
The only thing I would be concerned about is that it's not a "true" Blu-ray release.
The Time Tunnel was released on Blu-ray months back in the U.K. There was excitement running through that series fanbase until it was discovered it really isn't a true Blu-ray, but the discs were made with some sort of "upconvert" process.
If it's a legit Blu set, a all region Blu player may be in my future.

cool - regardless of quality I can practice my German with it since I know the episodes so well. I have a few episodes in German from a very valuable member here which I love to watch just because 70s TV in German is so damn cool!

Bishop,
Does the set indeed contain the Galactica 1980 episodes as well?
Thanks!

Bishop how is the picture quality of saga of a star world compared to
the 35th anniversary region 1 blu-ray?
And you did say it has english audio as well?
Seems like a good idea to just get this anyways.

German version of The Living Legend?
Is the German DVD edition of The Living Legend dubbed and/or subtitled in German? Because there's that scene where Cain proposes a toast, and I've been wondering how the translators deal with the fact that at least one guy is clearly yelling "Hail victory!"
Or do they just ignore him?
