The green uniform of Baltar

I am seeking information on the green uniform that Baltar wore, beginning when he first commanded a Cylon base star in "Lost Planet Of The Gods."

What I want to know is whether any here have attempted to duplicate it.
It may be of interest to know how that can be done.

That's a very good question. I've seen a fan replica costume somewhere... I'll see if I can find it.

The question I asked has not been answered.
Yet.

That question asked who had attempted to DUPLICATE the green uniform of Baltar, with an eye towards publishing directions concerning HOW that could and/or should be done.
There were tutorials about the Colonial Service uniform in Warrior tan and brown and Core Command blue, and ONE Colonial I knew was FOLLOWING one, executing it in the latter color.
But about how to duplicate the green uniform of Baltar, there was nothing.
And that distresses me to no end.

For I seem to remember the Colonial Merchant Marine having worn similar, if not identical, uniforms!

Perhaps Cordula can help you out here.

She is VERY talented and made several Cylon undersuits for various members here (including me) and did a tremendous job on them so I don't think the Baltar costume would be such a great challenge for her.

Cordula offered no help in my search for attempted duplications of the green uniform Baltar wore.
I feel as though I have been deceived.
But Cylons are programmed for honesty, are they not?

Was it by your command that I received NO such honesty when my question was answered?
Or were you merely mistakenly informed?

You were not deceived. Red Eye was suggesting you contact, and hire her. Not that she'd have patterns to share.

Cordula is not a classic Battlestar Galactica fan with Baltar costume references, patterns, etc. to email out. She's is a freelancer for hire as shown on her site.

She is a VERY skilled seamstress who could make the Baltar costume if you provide references - and pay her to develop a copy.
She did Centurion under suits for myself, Red Eye and some other BYC members. She also did an AMAZING job on Red Eye's I.L. Series robes.

Try to contact her again. Send her some images of the costume and ask for a quote for her to develop a copy. You could save costs providing fabric to her, if shipping to Germany doesn't out weigh the price of fabric she could supply. Either way, keep in mind it won't be cheap to have a custom one-off costume created, don't be shocked by a high quote...

Quality work commands a quality price.

Hopefully she - or another source - can get you a Baltar suit... cause that would be AWESOME and everyone will envy you!

In the time I have been observing the activities of the Alliance, I have not observed any previous remarks about an AB Cylon.
An explanation would be helpful.

I knew that Baltar had a sense of what he called humor.
But what humans call "humor" is a very difficult concept for us.
It induces disturbances in our sense of order.
