Looks to be some type of prototype, salesmen sample and or factory mock-up? If anyone have more info chime in. Buy it now pricing was too good to let go :P

Those are very cool. I have seen them before. Seems like they were factory 2nds, or not used as the final release version that were used in the Halloween costume box set.
