Battlestar Fan Film- Explosion Festival
I am at an impasse whether to continue this, because it just keeps going.

Also, having difficulties trying to explode the Atlantia in several ways. So, it may not happen that I can blow up the ship in the manners I imagine. But hey, I have made some nice explosions so far and I just figured those out few days ago.

This all began as an exercise to explore more into explosions.I just figured out how to set a few types of explosions. The other types I have in mind I cannot do yet.

I just merged all and maybe will call it The Battle of Atlantia...What I was hoping is to really break up and explode many parts,sections but is proving a task for me to figure out a way. This may continue , it may not.

I learned quite a bit with this video.

Can the laser/shots be tweaked any? Some of them - I guess the red ones most, seem like they could look more "laser-ish" I guess. Hard to describe.

Yeah, the battle needs needs a plot for the Atlantia. Maybe it goes to light-speed - gets away? Or another Battlestar (or two?) shows up to help - the battle REALLY heats up with capital ship fire - and then the Cylons run?

VERY NICE. Can't wait to see what happens to the Atlantia!

P.S. LOOOOOOOVE the opening with the sun behind the Basestar.

Yeah I am now going to REdo-Revamp and Retweak this.


I got some great tips from someone. Also, I got to fugure out and learn either Creating HDR images from scratch or Converting some
for BG's. What I made is not good enuff RES.


I am going to make A 70's Rock track for 1 and thew other doomish Tracks.



Problem with the lasers. Some are bullets. Some clips have klaasers.

But the Big Turbo's - have an issue- the glows only work without a BG object, and only work in front of CAM with DOF ( depth of FIeld in use)
So, you actually are not actually seeing it lol. only on brief instances, when they turn yellowish?
