HEy I know you posted this some time ago, but I am new to these forums.
The cylon in this video is Kropserkels.
The guy in the suit was actually the kropserkel builder himself.
Funniest part of this one is there is now a "replaced by CGI" widget for mac out there lol! Its a phenomenon!

I can't see the video for some reason, but I'm assuming it's the one for that Space channel from a few years ago. That was a classic.
