Okay... I have had another 1978 BSG toy since i was little that survived to this day - my good friend the Imperious Leader! lol

Here he is in his pink and purple best:

Mattel did a terrible job on the paint scheme for their Imperious Leader action figure.

I've repainted him and added the "necklace" to give him a litte more accuracy.

I'll post some pic's of him soon...
